Job Summary

A physician-led healthcare staffing company is in need of a Remote Hospital Medicine Site Coordinator Supervisor .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Recruits, interviews, and hire candidates to fill site coordinator vacancies at offsite locations
Ensures that workflow processes at each hospital conform with daily batching requirements
Approves staff requests for PTO when appropriate in accordance with staffing needs

Qualifications Include:

Travel overnight to various facilities
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with hospital staff
Ability to deal with a variety of tasks simultaneously and to establish priorities
Knowledge of medical billing processes
Excellent computer skills required
5 years total work experience including 2 years supervisory experience in the medical billing area
