Job Summary
A healthcare industry consulting firm is seeking a Remote Hospital Underpayment Recovery Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify a minimum of 25 healthcare insurance underpayments
- Verify insurance payment for accuracy
- Review claims billed and insurance remits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years or more experience in contract management or relevant hospital revenue cycle experience
- Sufficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of hospital billing and revenue cycle terminology
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of revenue cycle processes
- Knowledge of working with Electronic Health Records or related healthcare systems
