Remote Hospitality Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Hospitality Controller, the full-time position will manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing accounts and reporting systems, and driving financial planning in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Maintain internal controls for revenue, costs, and budgets while coordinating audit activities
• Analyze financial data and present accurate financial reports, leading the annual budgeting and planning process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry
• Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, procedures, and SOX compliance
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and interact effectively at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software
