Job Summary
A hospitality holding corporation has an open position for a Remote Hospitality Franchise Services Area Manager.
Must be able to:
- Respond to hotel operations requests from franchised hotel owners and operators
- Guide Franchisees to maximum potential return on economy branded hotels
- Cultivate and maintain effective franchisee relationships
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Limited overnight travel required
- 5+ years relevant experience and/or hotel level leadership
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Franchise industry savvy, and proven track record in driving hotel performance success
- Must have strong training, consulting, and persuasion skills
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlo
