Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Hospitality Onboarding Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of onboarding consultants who work closely with vacation rental owners
  • Hiring, onboarding, developing and retaining a team of high performing individuals
  • Coaching team using call reviews, performance-metric reviews, skill sessions, career and personal development 1x1s

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality
  • 1+ year of people management experience
  • Eagerness to learn and continue personal development in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically and work efficiently without sacrificing thoroughness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data in order to drive performance
