Remote Hosted Design Manager

Job Summary

A cloud communications company is filling a position for a Remote Hosted Design Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage the customer relation as the single point of contact during installation and implementation of the Managed Services
• Manage the scheduling and kickoff meetings customer meetings to verify scope of work, confirm preliminary information and gather all requirements
• Conduct, verify and design our on premise Managed Services

Required Skills:

• Graduation from an accredited 4 year college or university with a degree in Telecommunication or Networking, or 5-10 years experience would suffice for degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years Telecom experience
• 3-5 years of design experience and knowledge of project management and implementation of Managed Services, Hosted PBX/VoIP products and services
• 3-5 years experience and knowledge/understanding of network topologies (WAN and LAN) and IP Schemas
• 3-5 years Telco knowledge (voice and data), Circuit knowledge (POTS, DS1/T1, DS3/T3 and copper)
• Ability to work independently, meet and exceed timelines
