Job Summary

An enterprise application company has a current position open for a Remote Hosting Services System Administrator in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Installing, upgrading and troubleshooting servers
  • Building, configuring, monitoring and maintaining various virtualization environments
  • Performing daily system monitoring

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of enterprise monitoring applications
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SMTP, Web Hosting, SSL, Internet Infrastructure and IP Information tools
  • Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and network topologies in general
  • Experience with Remote Application Delivery technologiesAnalytical/problem solving skills
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication to all levels of the organization
