Job Summary
A travel and hospitality company is seeking a Remote Hotel Solutions Customer Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading customer workshops focused on hotel category management topics
- Providing valuable education and recommendations to clients per corporate hotel programs
- Communicating and collaborating with internal stakeholders for improvements of hotel solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Extensive experience business travel industry experience
- Experience in program management, consultancy and/or sales
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Experience with travel industry technologies
- Proven understanding of data and insight
- Self-starter with a consultative approach
