Job Summary

A travel and hospitality company is seeking a Remote Hotel Solutions Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading customer workshops focused on hotel category management topics
  • Providing valuable education and recommendations to clients per corporate hotel programs
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal stakeholders for improvements of hotel solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Extensive experience business travel industry experience
  • Experience in program management, consultancy and/or sales
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with travel industry technologies
  • Proven understanding of data and insight
  • Self-starter with a consultative approach
