A travel booking company has an open position for a Remote Hotels Travel Experience Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping customers via chat or email
- Working out of multiple reservation systems
- Constantly prioritizing and re-prioritizing a high volume of incoming travel requests
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years in a user-facing or back of house hospitality industry role
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, a willingness and an eagerness to excel at technical systems
- Have previous remote work experience and appropriate remote work set-up
- Possess high level of understanding, patience and empathy
