A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Housing Leasing Specialist in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting leasing agents with prospect management
• Ensuring all prospects are properly and efficiently qualified through the application process
• Assisting leasing department with screening/processing Residents-In-Place

Required Skills:

• Currently work-from-home due to COVID
• Must have a current and valid driver's license
• 1-2 years prior leasing administrative experience
• 1-2 years prior Housing Choice Voucher administrative experience
• Possesses excellent communication and people skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
