Product Marketing Operating Manager

Do you have a strong background in chromatography product marketing and a history of coordinating high performance teams? Then you are the ideal candidate for our Global Marketing Manager of the Bio HPLC columns business! Together, we will become the supplier of choice for HPLC based characterization solutions for Biologic compounds, delivering unmatched quality and support to customers around the globe!

This is a key leadership role within Agilent's Chemistries marketing organization. You will be responsible for a portfolio of innovative products sought after in the Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry that drive solutions to challenges from drug development to manufacturing.

The main responsibilities are the following:

Build, develop, and enable an outstanding team of Product Managers and Application Scientists to achieve product and application development in partnership with cross functional stakeholders
Regularly coach and inspire team members towards development objectives, forge strong organizational alliances, and make critical decisions with agility
Develop and refine the Bio-columns Business strategy and be responsible for prioritizing the development of specific product and workflow solutions
Work with leadership from R&D, manufacturing, finance, and sales to ensure impactful new product introductions that achieve sales volume and revenue targets
Establish robust processes across the Bio-columns marketing team in areas including prioritization, communication, partnership, and learning and development
Support field and sales organizations with sales training, customer facing material, events, and general product related requests
Build a close relation with the global field organization through regular phone calls and travel up to 25% of the time to meet with customers
This position can be performed anywhere in the US.

The salary range for this position may different based on your actual work location. For CO, the salary range is 113,820 - 184,375.
