Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HPR Property Engineer in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide HPR engineering expertise, support and assistance
  • Develop customized loss control program proposals
  • Develop comprehensive year-end account summary for delivery to underwriting

Qualifications Include:

  • Complete surveys within territory for other managed accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or other Engineering type discipline
  • 7-10 years of engineering experience in HPR type insurance environment
  • 3 years of experience handling property accounts
  • Strong familiarity with Fire Protection guidelines via either FM, IRI, or applicable NFPA codes
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
