Job Summary

A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Advisor in Little Rock.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to inquiries from managers and other employees regarding the recruiting process; providing accurate guidance
  • Utilizing a case management tool to code and answer all incoming HR related questions and prioritize work accordingly
  • Completing requested daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reporting for HR leadership

Required Skills:

  • Having 5 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience
  • Having strong general PC skills including MS Office
  • Having the ability to type 55 words per minute
  • Having the ability to toggle between a PC and desk phone throughout the workday, consistently typing and using a headset
  • Preferably having a college degree and 1-3 years professional level experience
