We are looking for an experienced leader in Global HR reporting and analytics who can optimize Agilent's existing system investments to establish a solid foundation of HR analytics for Agilent leadership and the function.

Agilent has recently implemented Workday HCM, and has a cross-system analytics repository using SAP's Hana platform and Spotfire for data visualization. The scope of this role encompasses all aspects of Workforce reporting and analytics, including performance management, employment, headcount, diversity, policy/program effectiveness, business events, talent acquisition, workforce balancing, onboarding, compensation, and succession planning.

Working with experts and leaders across all corporate functions and businesses, this person will

Provide strategic leadership for the design and delivery of HR reporting and analytics

Develop Workday HCM reports and dashboards to support business leaders and the HR function and solve complex, high-impact design/development problems

Provide business specifications and functional guidance to IT to ensure Hana data structures, features and Spotfire analytics align with and augment the Workday HCM offerings

Build out and manage the HR reporting governance process to coordinate report writers across the globe

Ensure that all data privacy, archiving and usage requirements are met with our reporting and analytics solutions

Develop and deliver training to the HR community and other key users of HR analytics and report writers

Advocate for the value of HR analytics to support Agilent current workforce and future growth by increasing their use and usefulness

Create and manage documentation to support the use and development of HR analytics

Provide insight on best practices and priorities by staying current on industry practices and trends in HR analytics

Prioritize our investments in new analytics based on Agilent business priorities, needs and impact

Become expert in Agilent HR data structures and definitions, including related business processes

Collaborate with partners across HR

Location: Santa Clara, CA is preferred. Open to remote/WFH work based in the US.
