A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote HR Analytics Workforce Data Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be an HR data expert with knowledge of how data can be used to answer business questions
- Be genuinely curious and explore data creating new connections and testing hypotheses
- Manage data request log and triage to appropriate team members based on skill required and proper workflow
