A software company has a current position open for a Remote HR Assistant in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle confidential paperwork for the entire employee lifecycle
- Update our internal databases with new employee information
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of professional HR experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Quick learner and self-starter capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
