Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote HR Associate Relations Consultant in Boston.
Must be able to:
- Provide general guidance and counsel to colleagues on all employee relations issues and policy questions
- Provide HR representation in any formal processes for manager and above roles
- Influence and guide diversity and inclusion through partnerships across company
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in Human Resources field
- Diversity and Inclusion management experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally within HR as well as other departments
- Experience maintaining associate information in an HRIS system
- Solid knowledge of Employment Law
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
