Job Summary
A global immigration services provider has a current position open for a Remote HR Benefits Total Rewards Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Oversee US benefits administration and maintain relationship with benefit brokers and carriers
- Support the administration of global benefits and maintain relationships with global vendors
- Respond to benefit and 401(k) inquiries related to enrollments, qualified life events, COBRA
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years administering HR benefit and compensation programs
- Working knowledge of FMLA, state leave programs, ADA, COBRA, and other benefit regulations
- Working knowledge of FLSA and related wage and hour legislation
- Intermediate MS Excel including V-Lookups
