Job Summary
Partnering with departmental leadership, the full-time Remote HR Business Partner will develop and execute HR best practices in change management, talent assessment, and employee engagement while providing strategic support to management and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate partnerships across departments to deliver value-added HR services and insights to management and employees
- Drive talent growth initiatives and lead workforce planning through talent assessment and career development programs
- Implement employee retention strategies and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field with three years of HR generalist experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
- Strong HR generalist experience with a focus on workforce planning, change management, and employee retention
- Proven success in consulting with senior management and influencing business leaders
- Recent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
