Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
• Knowledge of HR practices
• Experience at a high growth, fast paced, dynamic, and scaling startup or technology company
• Ability to flex between strategic partnership and operational execution
• Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
