Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HR Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing systems to create a culture of real-time feedback
- Collaborating with staff to improve people programs, services, and systems
- Conducting investigations, recommending and implementing corrective actions, and counseling employees and managers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 2 years of experience
- 3-4 years of experience in HR roles
- Ability to influence without authority
- Experience handling complex employee issues and difficult situations with grace, confidentiality, and ease
- Ability to diagnose employee issues from an unbiased & rational perspective
- Ability to turn raw data into valuable information
