Job Summary
An education nonprofit is in need of a Remote HR Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting regular meetings with assigned department management
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Ensuring departments are fair, equitable, and follow organizational policies and strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- 4 years demonstrated experience as an HR professional supporting leaders in an advisory capacity
- Solid understanding of multiple human resource subject areas
- PHR or SPHR and/or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment
- Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
