Job Summary
A developer of 3D imaging technology has an open position for a Remote HR Business Partner and Strategic Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and counsel to the Sr Executive
- Understand the business priorities; initiate and execute HR projects and programs
- Facilitate the identification, prioritize, and building of the talent capabilities and workforce plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ideally, 8+ years of broad, global HR experience
- A minimum of a Bachelors
- Strong credibility as an HR advisor to senior executive levels
- Strong program and/or project management skills with direct experience managing/owning the executive-level client relationship
- Substantial business acumen with experience working for a global company; corporate office experience
- Experience designing with the employee experience in mind as well as the strategic business outcomes
