Job Summary
A research and learning publication company is filling a position for a Remote HR Business Partner Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Align the HR strategy to business strategy and ensure adoption of people programs and processes within business
- Lead human capital planning during major business changes including M&A integration for the business
- Lead organization design and enable change management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- University or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR across multiple countries and cultures
- Prior work experience as an HR business partner is a significant plus
- Proven ability to think strategically about business and HR issues is a primary requirement
- Proven ability to effectively coach business leaders through complex and difficult issues
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
