Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency has an open position for a Remote HR Business Partner Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide executive coaching to business leadership
- Lead moderately complex Organization Design efforts
- Plan organizations to ensure operational and strategic workforce plans are properly budgeted
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience in one or more human resource disciplines
- 4 or more years' experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects
- Demonstrated ability to assess and make decisions of a complex nature
- Subject-matter-expert knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools and Microsoft Office applications
