Job Summary

A management consulting firm is in need of a Remote HR Compliance Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering on creating required employee notices within the HRIS system
• Overseeing employee handbooks by updating content to include appropriate policies and topics
• Monitoring, summarizing and comprehending employment and labor laws

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must possess strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Prior HR experience required
• Must possess general knowledge of and experience with state and federal employment regulations
• Must have demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Must have the demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on multiple priorities and assignments
