Job Summary
A management consulting firm is in need of a Remote HR Compliance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering on creating required employee notices within the HRIS system
- Overseeing employee handbooks by updating content to include appropriate policies and topics
- Monitoring, summarizing and comprehending employment and labor laws
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must possess strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Prior HR experience required
- Must possess general knowledge of and experience with state and federal employment regulations
- Must have demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Must have the demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on multiple priorities and assignments
