A financial company has a current position open for a Remote HR Data Analytics Associate Assistant Vice President in Tempe.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, developing, maintaining and promoting HR Analytics solutions
- Acting a subject matter expert to identify best in class reporting metrics
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends on very large datasets
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or related discipline
- 4+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience
- Extensive Tableau dashboard development experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with analyzing complex data sets
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.
