Key Responsibilities

• Directs preparation of personnel-related documents for Joint Commission surveys
• Oversees FMLA and General Leave of Absence processes, ensuring timely communication
• Provides consultation and training on employee relations issues and maintains compliance with HR standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development preferred
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources
• Understanding of HR-related Joint Commission Standards and survey processes
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
