A global communication network is in need of a Remote HR Generalist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing HR programs and policies
- Optimizing and executing people-related activities across the employee lifecycle
- Providing HR leadership to our teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or other related discipline
- 10+ years of well-rounded HR business experience
- Proven success in HR project management and program implementation
- Superior employee relations experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience serving as a people manager and partner, helping employees and management
- Applied knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
