Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HR Generalist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and implement valuable HR programs and processes
- Work closely with people team to administer benefits, employee leaves, workman’s compensation, and payroll
- Ensure enrollment and compliance with federal and state programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner
- 4+ years of experience within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Understanding of managing a remote workforce and maintaining company culture in a 100% remote environment
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach and aptitude in problem-solving
