Job Summary

A privately-held health technology company is filling a position for a Remote HR Generalist.

Must be able to:

• Serve as an expert at employee relations by creating a line of communication that shows support for both employee and leadership
• Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies and procedures, state and federals laws and regulations
• Review and assists managers in drafting corrective action, performance improvement, and termination documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources Management
• 1+ years’ experience with employee relations is required for this role
• 1-2 years in an HR Generalist Role
• Demonstrated strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations as they pertain to the Human Resources field
• Experience in having responsibility in supporting 500+ employees
• Ability to assist with job descriptions for new and existing positions and perform compensation analysis for different jobs
