Job Summary
A privately-held health technology company is filling a position for a Remote HR Generalist.
Must be able to:
- Serve as an expert at employee relations by creating a line of communication that shows support for both employee and leadership
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies and procedures, state and federals laws and regulations
- Review and assists managers in drafting corrective action, performance improvement, and termination documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources Management
- 1+ years’ experience with employee relations is required for this role
- 1-2 years in an HR Generalist Role
- Demonstrated strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations as they pertain to the Human Resources field
- Experience in having responsibility in supporting 500+ employees
- Ability to assist with job descriptions for new and existing positions and perform compensation analysis for different jobs
