Job Summary
An investment bank and financial services company has an open position for a Remote HR Health and Wellness Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Review documents and benefit changes to ensure both are in line with IRS compliance guidelines
- Serve as a contact for internal customers, insurance vendors and/or third party administrators
- Properly manage the communication and resolution between associate and benefit plan vendors on unique issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
- Federal and state legislation knowledge
- Advanced HRMS System processing and report analysis
