Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Rep Specialist - Leave of Absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
  • Evaluate employee eligibility for leaves and manage all related paperwork and communications
  • Develop efficient processes and provide guidance to managers and employees regarding leave policies
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree and 4-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in leave administration
  • Occupational/Employee Health or Disability Management background is required
  • Knowledge of HR law, FMLA, ADAAA, and workers' compensation is essential
  • Experience with HRIS and managing leaves through technology solutions is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
