Job Summary
Seeking an autonomous and tech-savvy Remote HR Manager, the full-time position will oversee multi-state compliance, manage employee lifecycle processes, and optimize HR operations through modern tools in a fully distributed team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate complex regulations to ensure HR compliance across multiple U.S. states
- Own the onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing employee integration and managing transitions with care
- Evaluate and integrate modern tools to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of dedicated HR experience, including 2-3 years in a fully remote organization
- Proven ability to implement labor laws in new states independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a balance of approachability and firm boundary-setting
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
