Remote HR Manager

Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote HR Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage and execute annual salary notifications for the organization
• Manage all employee benefits administration
• Ensure HR policies & procedures are in compliance with state

Required Skills:

• Able to design and maintain data systems that allow HR-related data to be used to drive decisions
• At least 3-5 years experience supporting an HR function
• You bring a proactive customer-service orientation
