Job Summary
A healthcare information technology company is seeking a Remote HR Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own transactions in our HRIS systems including new hire onboarding, promotions, and terminations
- Work closely with Managers across a variety of teams
- Field questions from employees and resolve day-to-day issues related to payroll, benefits, and leave administration
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline
- 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in providing guidance to internal partners
- Experience with enterprise-wide HR systems
- Problem solving and creative skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely data/analyses
