Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directing, developing and driving the global workforce planning and strategies
- Providing strategic advice, counsel and consultative solutions to executives on people management aspects
- Leading client groups through HR-related initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience developing HRBP or TA individuals/teams
- 10+ years experience in HR function(s) with progressive success as a strategic HR business partner/manager
- Experience managing a variety of HR functions and on various HR programs and projects
