Core Responsibilities Include:

Directing, developing and driving the global workforce planning and strategies
Providing strategic advice, counsel and consultative solutions to executives on people management aspects
Leading client groups through HR-related initiatives

Qualifications for this position include:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Experience developing HRBP or TA individuals/teams
10+ years experience in HR function(s) with progressive success as a strategic HR business partner/manager
Experience managing a variety of HR functions and on various HR programs and projects
