Job Summary
A digital services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Mergers and Acquisitions Operations PMO Lead.
Must be able to:
- Lead a multi-year strategy designed to develop, launch, and sustain best practices in the HR aspects of global M&A
- Define process, develop protocols, create deliverables, and manage the HR M&A multi-year Action Plan
- Ensure cohesive, timely, relevant and effective projects are implemented
Position Requirements Include:
- A strong experience in all aspects of HR M&A
- A strong Project/Program Management background
- Able to develop and launch HR M&A projects
- Able to build operating plans to help facilitate HR M&As evolution
- Able to serve as a point of contact for HR COEs
