Job Summary
A blockchain research and engineering company is seeking a Remote HR Onboarding Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing orientation programs
- Liaising with line managers to make sure expectations have been set and a clear onboarding plan is in place
- Acting as a consultant to new employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Manager or in a relevant HR role
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Good knowledge of local and global benefit packages
- Familiarity with employment paperwork
- Understanding of payroll procedures
