Job Summary

A privately-held cybersecurity solutions provider has an open position for a Remote HR Operations Coordinator .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Occasionally performing verification of employment tasks for employees
• Maintaining a working knowledge of company benefits and plans such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, time tracking and pay
• Collaborating with the talent acquisition team, HR Business Partner and hiring managers to onboard all new hires in Workday

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Deep interest in learning and evolving HR at a rapidly growing company
• Proven ability to manage many concurrent projects and complete tasks in a timely manner with precision, using independent judgment to accomplish goals
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
