Job Summary
A privately-held cybersecurity solutions provider has an open position for a Remote HR Operations Coordinator .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Occasionally performing verification of employment tasks for employees
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company benefits and plans such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, time tracking and pay
- Collaborating with the talent acquisition team, HR Business Partner and hiring managers to onboard all new hires in Workday
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Deep interest in learning and evolving HR at a rapidly growing company
- Proven ability to manage many concurrent projects and complete tasks in a timely manner with precision, using independent judgment to accomplish goals
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
