Job Summary
A developer of a distributed talent enablement platform is in need of a Remote HR Operations Lead.
Must be able to:
- Lay down basic HR capabilities across HR Ops, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, L&D, talent and organisational development
- Manage internal tools and processes necessary to run seamless people operations capabilities
- Serve as the internal point of contact for HR queries for internal teams as well as its customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Based in time zone GMT +/-5h or PDT +/-5h
- Highly developed global HR mindset and experiences gained from working in a HR function for a global organisation
- Knowledge of up to date employment policies from an HR/Legal standpoint, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrates a strong track record of problem solving capability for people related business challenges
- Be autonomous and professional in approach, with high levels of motivation
