Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company is in need of a Remote HR Operations Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies and procedures
- Maintaining working relationship with employees at all levels
- Creating Excel and PowerPoint materials as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- BA or BS required with a focus in Business, Human Resources or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of employee relations or investigations experience
- A minimum of 3 years prior HR generalist experience
- Demonstrated ability to work on highly confidential matters and to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality as to those matters
