Job Summary

A property intelligence company is in need of a Remote HR Payroll Administrator in Sarcosta.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain employee records and filling out employment verifications
  • Maintain contact with our insurance broker on employee enrollments, changes, separations, and special benefits programs for the company
  • Work with SuitePeople by Netsuite and our hourly timekeeping system to process payroll bi-weekly, including HSA and 401k administration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HR certification such as PHR
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, including processing payroll
  • Prior experience with an HRIS required; SuitePeople with Netsuite, preferred
  • Prior experience with setting up state and local payroll tax accounts, along with payroll processing experience beyond approving timecards
  • High level of discretion and professional judgment
  • Ability to work at a steady pace and to be flexible with changing priorities
