Job Summary
A property intelligence company is in need of a Remote HR Payroll Administrator in Sarcosta.
Must be able to:
- Maintain employee records and filling out employment verifications
- Maintain contact with our insurance broker on employee enrollments, changes, separations, and special benefits programs for the company
- Work with SuitePeople by Netsuite and our hourly timekeeping system to process payroll bi-weekly, including HSA and 401k administration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HR certification such as PHR
- At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, including processing payroll
- Prior experience with an HRIS required; SuitePeople with Netsuite, preferred
- Prior experience with setting up state and local payroll tax accounts, along with payroll processing experience beyond approving timecards
- High level of discretion and professional judgment
- Ability to work at a steady pace and to be flexible with changing priorities
