Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Payroll Training Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing training content creation and development
- Writing training content, including QRGs, ILT scripts, eLearning
- Managing a team of eight trainers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma/GED
- 4+ years’ experience in HR/Payroll training
- Experience working with external consulting firms
- Workday experience
- Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skills
