A law firm is in need of a Remote HR People Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data
  • Prepare reports of data results for presentation and explains findings
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 Years experience work experience with business analytics
  • Moderate to advanced skill level in excel
  • Experience with data analytics, using platforms like SPSS, R, PowerBI, and Tableau
  • Education in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, or HR Management
