- 5+ years' experience in HR, operations or analyst role
- Bachelor degree required
- Experience partnering and influencing business leaders on their people strategy to achieve busi ness results
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a detailed-oriented and data-driven approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
