Job Summary
A company that provides human resource services has an open position for a Remote HR Platform Product Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define, evangelize, and maintain strategy and product roadmap
- Align the platform vision with overall company goals and vision
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of platform product managers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years in Product Management with experience in senior leadership and management positions
- Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals
- Strong technical background, specifically working on platforms and/or integrations
- A skilled storyteller who can see the big picture and convey the essence of key platform features
- Move effortless up and down many levels of abstraction while communicating with different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
