Remote HR Product Owner

Job Summary

A financial services firm is in need of a Remote HR Product Owner.

Must be able to:

• Reinforce the prioritization process in order to ensure effective utilization of HR system
• Work with outside areas regarding system interaction for training, marketing and appropriate usage of tools
• Consult with business area leaders and end users

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business process re-engineering, procedures development and documentation
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR related systems functional support and enhancement development
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time is required
• Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills
