Job Summary
An interpreting service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting system upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned
- Creating and tracking Employee and HR data reporting from the HRIS systems
- Being responsible for primarily non-employee-facing HR functions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 7-10+ years of progressively responsible professional human resources experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Sufficient computer knowledge to quickly learn and work on a daily basis with an enterprise HRIS system
- Knowledge of statistical methods and concepts and other analytical tools used in human resources processes
- Strong knowledge of and skill in applying the principles, practices, and procedures of human resources administration
- Exceptional commitment to confidentiality in sensitive human resource matters
