Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through various recruiting channels and maintain accurate candidate records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing tools
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
